Billing Services

Our Billing Department works to alleviate load on your staff by offering tailored Denti-Cal billing services. Our staff will perform the entirety of the billing process for all qualifying Denti-Cal patients seen under our care.*Throughout the entire billing process, you will maintain full visibility of all relevant patient status information, as well as tailored update notifications. Patient Pre-Op and Post-Op

As health professionals, we understand the importance of proper patient education and compliance through pre- and post-operative instructions. Thus, we take the time to personally call each patient prior to and following their appointment. During these calls, we:

Communicate and reinforce pre- and post-operative instructions

Review comprehensive health history

Contact patients’ healthcare providers as necessary

Obtain health clearances as necessary

Answer questions & alleviate concerns regarding treatment

Confirm patient well-being later on the day of treatment

All renewed credentials are broadcasted automatically monthly to all eligible offices.
