Elite Sedation is seeking board-certified anesthesiologists to join our growing team as we expand our dental anesthesia services across Southern California and beyond. As part of our team, you'll provide IV Sedation and General Anesthesia in dental office settings, working collaboratively with dental practices to ensure safe,comfortable patient experiences. You'll have the support of our administrative team for scheduling, billing, and compliance; allowing you to focus entirely on patient care.

• Provide IV sedation and general anesthesia in dental office settings across Southern California
• Conduct thorough pre-operative assessments and post-operative monitoring for all patients
• Collaborate closely with dental teams to ensure seamless, safe patient care
• Maintain strict compliance with safety protocols and state regulations
• Mentor and train new providers as our team expands
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education
• Build lasting relationships with partner practices and their teams

• Board certification in anesthesiology
• Valid medical license in the state of California
• DEA license and appropriate controlled substance registrations
• ACLS certification (current)
• Minimum 2 years of clinical anesthesia experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making abilities
