About the Role

Elite Sedation is a growing healthcare organization committed to delivering safe, high-quality sedation services with professionalism and excellence. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a reliable, detail-driven HR Assistant to support our Human Resources operations and recruitment efforts.

This role plays a key part in maintaining compliant HR processes, supporting employee lifecycle activities, and ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience. The HR Assistant will independently manage administrative HR tasks while partnering closely with leadership and hiring managers.

What You'll Do

HR Operations & Administration:

  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and compliant personnel records within HR systems and personnel files.
  • Independently manage day-to-day HR administrative processes and documentation.
  • Support the implementation and consistent application of HR policies, procedures, and internal
    guidelines.
  • Assist with ensuring compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
  • Prepare and validate personnel data for payroll processing, including attendance, leave records, and
    personnel changes.
  • Support benefits and leave administration and serve as a first point of contact for routine personnel
    inquiries.
  • Support personnel separation processes, including coordinating exit documentation, system access
    removal, final payroll inputs, and exit interviews in line with company policy.
  • Coordinate performance review cycles, training initiatives, and personnel engagement activities.
  • Prepare HR reports, trackers, and documentation for management and audits as required.
  • Handle sensitive personnel information with discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Support:

  • Partner with managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
  • Draft, post, and manage job advertisements across job boards, social media, and company career pages.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews as needed.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and manage ongoing candidate communication and follow-ups.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system and monitor recruitment metrics.
  • Support onboarding preparation and processes, including employment documentation and orientation
    coordination.
  • Contribute to improving recruitment workflows and candidate experience.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience  in Human Resources,  with exposure to both HR operations and
    recruitment.
  • Working knowledge of HR processes, employment practices, and applicable labor regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with personnel and
    managers.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), and hands-on experience using HR and
    recruitment tools such as Gusto, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
